I am a lucky girl, my favorite people live here, with me.
Just being with them recharge my batteries.
And going out for a late breakfast with them is one of my favorite thing to do.
A little over 10 years ago when we first moved here, we discovered this restaurant in town, the staff is great, the food is basic but good and the service is “not fast“.
The speed (or lack of) for getting your food could be seen as a down side for some but we always enjoy it. We bring things to do or we just chat along.
The staff there know us by name and have enjoyed seeing Emily grown into the beautiful young lady that she is now.
Although Emily brought a book along, she ended-up playing on her phone and Jonathan couldn’t stop himself from trying to help her with her game.
I love those 2!
Tell me, how do you recharge your batteries?

cuddling up with my partner recharges my battery 🙂
Cuddles are magical!
Hugging my son and wife recharges me.
Same here! Hugs and kisses have that superpower, it’s like magic!
It’s so nice that you have a special place to go with your family. Kathy and I recharge by reading, watching favorite movies, listening to special music and even by being with the grandkids (although that’s also exhausting sometimes). Have a great week.
Thank you! We do lots of cuddling on the couch too! It’s all about being together.
What a wonderful way to recharge your batteries – I’m glad you had a great day 😊
Thank you, I love spending time with them even if the phones come out 🙂
